Our company is a member of the Österreichischer Verband der Immobilientreuhänder (Austrian Association of Real Estate Trustees).

The ÖVI (Austrian Association of Real Estate Trustees) is the largest association of licensed estate agents, property administrators and building developers in Austria. For 25 years the ÖVI has been working on improving the quality of professions in the property sector.


All members of the ÖVI must fulfil the following acceptance criteria:

• They must produce an excellent certificate of good character.
  
  
• Accession to the Code of the Arbitral Court of Professional Ethics.
  
  
• They must have pecuniary damage liability insurance.
  
  
• They must undertake a commitment to further their professional training.
  
  
• Adherence to the ÖVI Code of Honour.
